and Document Control Support. WORK HISTORY Feb 2014 – Present: Scheduling SUN Technical Services – Xcel Energy Senior Scheduler – Created and
maintained Schedules for the Fukushima FLEX Modifications, MET tower
Replacement, Obsolete Equipment Replacement, EDG Tornado Missile Protection
along with many other projects at Xcel Energy’s Monticello plant.
Coordinated schedule work with Online and Outage schedulers and plant Work
Week Managers. Resource loaded schedules in order to produce histograms.
Created Critical path reports, milestone tracking and look ahead
schedules. Worked many fast track projects also. Scheduling was done
using Primavera Project Management P6 R8.3.2 Software. May 2013 – Oct 2013: Scheduling Pegasus Organization – Duke Energy Senior Scheduler – Created and
updated the construction schedule for a substation bank installation and bank
demolitions. Created Dukes 10 year transmissions addition plan for 103
future line and substation projects in the state of Florida. Schedules
were cost and resource loaded. Interacted with contractors and Duke
Energy management for updates and schedule input. Scheduling is done

scheduling efforts for the PSL Extended Power Uprate (EPU) Project, including
Pre-outage, Online, and Outage activities. Was the EPU Outage Team Room
Scheduler for SL1-24 / SL2-20 Outages. Led weekly EPU Pre-outage update
meetings along with horizontal and vertical slice review meetings for
individual mods. Interfaced with Construction Supervision, Project
Management, Field Engineering, Subcontracts, FPL Management, Oversite and
other PSL Station support groups. Scheduling is done using Primavera
Project Management P6.7 Software. Feb 2010 to Sept 2011: Scheduling Tech USA – Shaw Group Senior Scheduler - Responsibilities
include creating, maintaining and the integration of Procurement for Site
Specific and Standard Plant Schedules. Was also responsible for
critical path analysis. Interfaced with Engineering, Construction Group, Site
Specific and Subcontracts scheduling teams to ensure all inter-project ties

Corporate Scheduler – Responsible for
the creation of an EPC schedule for the installment of SCR’s and FGD’s at a
fossil fuel plant. Met with engineers to develop their system schedules.
Created various reports and layouts for engineers use. Updated engineering
activities. Created fragnets to integrate into the system schedules.
Developed level 2 activities into level three activities. Attended
schedule update meetings.
Schedule
development and maintenance is accomplished with Primavera P3. May 2004 to Nov 2006: Scheduling SUN Technical Services – Brown’s Ferry
Nuclear Plant Scheduler – Responsible for
tracking material for all Maintenance and Modification work
orders. Worked in close contact with the expediters to ensure
that material will meet the dates of scheduled work activities. If the
ETA of material does not meet the date for scheduled activities I analyzed
the impact this would have on the scheduled work and the schedule
milestones. Worked directly with the expediters and the field so as to
achieve as little impact as possible. Was also the representative for
materials scheduling in the system turnover meetings, vessel fill and gate
pull, tracking all material needed to meet these milestones. Was
designated to be a member of the High Impact Team, representing
materials. The goal of the team was to evaluate the procurement process
and to try and improve upon it in all possible ways. Schedule
development and maintenance was accomplished with Primavera P3. November 2003 to May 2004: Scheduling Science Applications International
Corporation
– Midwest ISO Scheduler – Responsible for distributing
update templates, receiving updates and incorporating the updates in the
schedule. Created weekly reports on schedule progress/slippage, “S”
curves, look aheads for management meetings and resource loading the
schedule, which consisted of approximately 3500 activities for MISO’s Reliability
Enhancement and Market Implementation. Schedule development and
maintenance is accomplished with Microsoft Project 2000. June 2002 to August 2003: Scheduling Kamtech, Inc. – Possum Point 6,
Dominion Power Scheduler – Responsible for interfacing with
project manager and project supervisors to ensure proper updating and
maintenance of the EPC schedule. Provided the project manager with
feedback as to project status and critical path. This schedule was for
the Procurement, Contracts, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and
Civil/Structural areas for this project. Was responsible for the
creation of proposal schedules for several future jobs. Created and
maintained the schedules for the SCR outage, chemical cleaning and hydro of
